Assem Gad has 16 years of experience in local and international laws including commercial law, capital market, activation, corporate governance, litigation and arbitration.

Hisexperience includes more than a decade of dispute resolution in Egypt covering sectors such as banking, finance, real estate, marine, shipping, oil and gas, construction and hospitality management.

 

From sports and employment to antitrust, customs, tax, administrative issues and white collar crime, Assem's expertise is rooted in solving highly publicized litigation, annulments, and post-arbitration disputes, as well as handling the enforcement of arbitral awards and annulments.
